In the first instance, abstracts are invited for peer review; these will form the basis for acceptance of the paper for presentation. The abstract should therefore clearly state the objective of the presentation, the findings and their significance to the proceedings, and how they help advance our knowledge of outdoor adventure. It should include: title, keywords, introduction, method, findings/discussion and conclusion.
An abstract of maximum 600 words should be submitted, using the template below, to Steve Taylor by September 22nd 2017 at email@example.com.
Please use Arial, font size 11 and 1.5 line spacing, and save the document in Microsoft Word format using the family and first name of the presenter (eg. Taylor Steve). If supplying references, please include a maximum of five.
Download the template here.
Exciting and inspiring conference posters are also requested from postgraduate students.
The deadline for the submission of abstracts is September 22nd, 2017, however if you are considering late submission please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Note: All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference book of abstracts, and will be available on the conference web page. There is also the possibility for some papers to be considered for post-conference publication in a suitable format.
